We do so love Autumn, but we would be lying if we said we didn't miss a little bit of sunshine. Hey, don't hate on Chihuahuas! They may be small and yappy, but you would be too if you weighed the same as a grapefruit. They're great dogs if trained well. All they want to do is curl up on your lap and be next to you. And a sparkling mouse doesn't sound too bad, anyway.

We definitely rescued the dog, but she also rescued us. We found pawrental love after we adopted her, and we didn't know we were even capable of loving something so much. Would it be nice if she could contribute to the household financially? Sure. But if not, we'll just keep taking our payments in the form of snuggles and kisses.
